What is this about?
The EU Youth Dialogue is a European Process that enables young Europeans to discuss actual themes with policy makers and to take an influential role on European Youth Policy. The overarching themes and objectives for the EU Youth Dialogue are defined by the EU Youth Ministers while National Working Groups (NWGs) advocate the youth dialogue, organize national consultations and activities in order to involve young people actively in the process. The theme for the ongoing 7th cycle is “Creating opportunities for youth”, based on the Youth Goals (youthgoals.eu) that is the priority theme of the Trio Presidency consisting of Romania, Finland and Croatia.
During the whole cycle (2019 – 2020) the Youth Delegates together with the National Youth Council (CGJL) are the link between the NWGs and the European Youth Forum (YFJ). Therefore the Luxembourg National Working Group is looking for 2 Youth Delegates for the EU Youth Dialogue that will take place between January 2019 and July 2020.
